For sale: 2002 Ferrari 360 F1 Spider

I keep telling everyone that convertible weather is right around the corner. When it finally gets here, convertible prices will be a bit stiffer. So the time to buy a convertible - especially one as timeless and stunning as the 360 Spider - is now.

This particular morsel of topless, road-hugging amazement is coated in Ferrari's iconic Rosso Corsa, and the cockpit is tautly coutured in supple black leather. Amenities include power seats, fender shields, front and rear Challenge grilles and red calipers.

This car is on the showroom floor and available for test drives - top up or down, your choice. Call or motivated sales staff, or simply drop in at your convenience. We're certain that once you road test this gorgeous beast, you'll come back with a smile - and an eagerness to start the paperwork.

For sale: 1996 Porsche 993 Turbo

WARNING: THIS IS NOT A TOY!

I don't know about you, but I don't like the taste of sauerkraut. Whether it's on hot dogs or garnishing other pork meats, it just doesn't do it for me. That, and I'd probably burn a hole through my lederhosen. Which reminds me! I wouldn't be caught dead in those leather, skin-tight britches! In my opinion, the Germans really struck out with those two.

But when it comes to cars, they hit nothing but home runs...

Germans are widely regarded as a no-nonsense, humorless people. But as stereotypical as that may be, it describes the Porsche 993 Turbo to the letter. The twin turbo, AWD, rear-mounted, flat six, 3.6-liter is no joke! There is a fine line between high performance and flat-out crazy, and the 993 Turbo irreverently scoffs that line in a sideways drift, complete with aggressively-spooling turbos.

The example seen here is liveried in Grand Prix Weiss with Classic Grey leather, and features an in-dash phone for those seeking nostalgia. The black wheels contrast the model's standard red calipers. A fresh service and a new clutch complement the car's eagerness to demonstrate its own capabilities.

Interested parties are invited to call and inquire, or simply visit our showroom at your convenience. Have a look, go for a test drive, revel in the business end of swinging out this car's business end. But be forewarned: this car is not a toy. Amateur fahrer need not apply.

For sale: 2006 Ducati Superbike 999R Xerox

The 999R Xerox is a special series motorcycle with a wide range of features that distinguish it from the standard 999R model, such as Öhlins forks with black sleeves, anodized black foot pegs and top yoke, Öhlins 'Racing' rear suspension with double damping adjuster in compression, aluminum body, counter-spring and spring pre-load setting. The motorcycle is also fitted with radial-mounted front brake calipers with the red Brembo Racing logo, is decorated with "Xerox Replica" graphics and comes with a racing kit and extra adhesives.

The 150 horsepower at 9,750 rpm produced from the famously smooth Borgo Panigale twin-cylinder engine is the most power ever to appear in the legendary Ducati trellis frame. The large bore (104 millimeter) enables high revs as well as the use of larger-diameter valves to let the engine breathe freely. The main differences with respect to the other 999 models is found in the top end of the powerhouse where more extreme cam-timing guarantees top-notch performance, while the oversized titanium valves with reduced diameter stems work on bronze seats to ensure greater reliability.

But that is not all. The 999R also has titanium valve collets, 12-hole racing injectors, magnesium head covers, carbon covers for the timing belts with a built-in ventilation system and carbon heat shield for the silencer. Everything has been designed as if this were an actual racing bike to offer exceptionally low weight and high performance without compromising reliability.

The feathery overall weight of the 999R has been achieved by the use of several parts in magnesium, including the front headlight support and rear view mirror supports. The sculpted carbon fiber fairing has been shaped as a result of strict aerodynamic tests, carried out by applying the experience gained from hundreds of races all over the world. The tall Plexiglas nose fairing, identical to that used in competition, provides protection even at top speed. The seat features a high grip covering that enhances rider feel of the bike for improved control.

Every single 999R is "signed" with a numbered silver plate on the top yoke, as well as a badge of authenticity supplied with the bike, both adding an extra touch of exclusivity to one of the most prestigious motorcycles currently available in the world. Only 300 of these were made; this is number 0056.

For sale: 2005 Ducati 999R Testastretta

With the arrival of the 2005 model, the differences between the 999R and Ducati's competition bikes have almost disappeared. The R features the latest, most advanced Testastretta engine, radically redesigned from the cases up. The result is an engine that delivers 150 HP, the most power of any Ducati production engine and a safe bet for anybody who wants a bike that leaves the competition standing.

The race-ready 999R confirms Ducati's determination to bring their production Superbikes closer to their official racing machines.

In terms of power, efficiency and weight, the 999R is equipped with the best components currently in production.

Project JNR

A customer recently purchased this Challenge car from another customer, and has commissioned us to perform extensive work. Among the tasks are a major service, complete interior reupholster, and all new paint (using new colors). Since this isn't just technical, I didn't want to confine it to the Technical Q&A forum. As things progress, we'll post additional updates.

For now, the beginning:
