For sale: 1958 Corvette Convertible - SOLD...!!!...

Let's start with the facts: This car is turquoise blue with white scallops and a dark blue leather interior. It's got black mats and two-eared knock-offs. It's got a three-speed manual.

Now the opinions: This car is beautiful. Stunning in pictures, but breathtaking in person. When you sit in it, you know you're someplace special. It shifts like a hot knife through butter runs like it was built yesterday. It's not a classic, it's a legend. It stops you in your tracks the second you see it; it's special. It really and truly speaks for itself. Come by and check it out. Even if you you're not in the market for a car at all, you should still see this piece of automotive history.

Chevrolet built the C1 - this Corvette Roadster - from 1953 until 1962. But during those 11 years, only 9,168 were produced. The available color choices for 1958 were Snowcrest white, Silver blue, Signet red, Panama yellow, Charcoal, Black and Regal turquoise. We don't know the exact number of '58s liveried in Regal turquoise, but it couldn't have been too many.
